KM All Levels
This Krav Maga Utah class offers a mix of all abiliies. Sometimes it's just good to mix it up with everybody and mingle (while sweating and striking =). This general class will focus heavily on reviewing striking, self-defense techniques and drills. "What are drills you say?" I'm glad you asked. Practicing and refining techniques is all well and good but being able to apply the techniques when your stressed, outnumbered & exhausted is the core of Krav Maga. Knowing what to do, when to do it and being able to do it are the goals of this class. You will be pushed but the confidence you'll gain is worth the price in sweat.

- Drills (Stress, Exhaustion & Multiple Attackers)
- Conditioning & Power
- Confidence & Peace
